ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "Those ordained by God to be servants in your custody are your brothers. So, whoever has his brother in his custody should feed him from his food and clothe him from [the like of] his clothes. And he must not burden him with something beyond his ability. If he does, then he should assist him (1)." Footnotes: (1) He must provide assistance to his servant either by helping him or by assigning someone else to help him.”

Sunan at-Tirmithiy

The Jews would sneeze deliberately in the presence of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, in the hope that he would respond by saying, "May God have mercy on you." (Instead), He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, would say, "May God guide you and amend your condition." Click on ḥadīth to read more
